more Macrozamias in background ... and young kangaroos. These were all a familiar sight each day when walking around the grounds of the Wilderness Lodges.
this one, the Whiptail Wallaby, also known as a Pretty-faced Wallaby
eating the fleshy pulp from Macrozamia
Was hoping the little joey would check out for you

Great shots Carole, there was certainly some activity going on inside that pouch
Cool shots. Something I definitely see here. ;)
Pretty-faced Wallaby I can see how it came by its name
Oh my gosh, how adorable is that?
Beautiful pictures, Carole.
The video is really great, you can see the young kangaroo moving.
Greetings Irma
I LOVED this video, Carole!
Thank you for sharing.
Carole, your photo and the video are wonderful!! Thanks so much for such a great close up view of the Kangaroo and Wallaby!!! What a treat you had to see them up close!!!
Nice series of photos Carole. That joey was busy in their I think! LOL
Great shots Carole. I really enjoyed seeing the video too... boy, there was a lot of action coming from her pouch - ?twins :D)
I think the dark wallaby in the video is a Swamp Wallaby, so you've actually got three species all on the lawn together - very impressive!
I love Pretty-faced Wallabies, I saw my first few just the other week.
Those cycads are grand! Looks like you spent the week in Jurassic Park :)
I didn't know there were so many different types of Wallaby's but they sure are cute.
Wonderful shots! I like the video too, think the baby had an uneasy sleep ;)
