This morning's beautiful sunrise at Armidale, N.S.W; about 370 kilometres from home. This was the last leg of almost 3,000 kilometres travel over the past nine days.
In the space of five short minutes, the colours changed to this, and combined with the beautiful deciduous trees silhouetted against the colours in the sky, to me, was so enchanting.
and during this walk there was some birdlife to be seen which will eventually make it into Snap Happy Birding. In the meantime, here I wanted to share some of the lovely coastline
great to spot a small pod of dolphins but knowing quite when ...and where they would pop up next, made it challenging to get a photo
They come is a myriad of shapes and sizes of course; here is just a sample I'd stopped to admire over the past few days while up the north coast, Forster/Tuncurry region.
The purpose of this trip was to observe birds, so along the way, many tree forms were taken into account. You can if you wish find a link to the most recent post to a raptor sighting, via my sidebar photo for Snap Happy Birding.
